BEFORE

Image > Adjustments > Shadows/Highlights

The settings should be default, if not then the settings should be:

Shadows Amount: 50%
Highlights Amount: 0%
Preview: Checked/Unchecked
Show More Options: Unchecked

Image > Adjustments > Brightness/Contrasts

The settings used here are not the defaults so use my settings, if you don't like my settings then feel free to fool around with it. My settings for this image are:

Brightness: - 10 (Between: 10-20)
Contrasts: +30 (Between 20-60)
Preview: Checked/Unchecked
Use Legacy: Checked

Filter > Noise > Reduce Noise

The settings are set to default but we will not use default for this tutorial, use my settings or you can play with your own. My settings are:

Preview: Checked/Unchecked
Basic/Advanced: Leave it to Basic
Settings: Default
Strength: 10
Preserve Details: 25%
Reduce Noise Colors: 45%
Sharpen Details: 25%
Remove JPEG Artifact: Unchecked
